Saving money for a down payment on a home is no easy feat, which is why I started looking into various ways to make sure that I had things sorted out like I should. I began working with a real estate agent to chat about what to do and how to start saving, and they explained how much I needed if I wanted to avoid private mortgage insurance, and when the market typically trended upwards. It was really neat for me to see everything I could do with the advice, and saving became easier after I had a clear goal. Find out more about real estate by reading this blog.

The most die-hard golfers will never feel complete if they never golf on a PGA-certified course or live on or near a golf course. There are properties that will allow a golf fanatic to have it all in one pre-packaged real estate deal. It comes in the form of PGA Village homes for sale, down in Florida. Here Is what you can expect and will see if you opt to tour these properties.
Vacant Properties Start Around $150,000
There have been a few properties that sell for less than one-hundred-fifty-thousand, but the majority of the low-price properties were either sold when the gated community opened or are vacant properties where you will need to build your own home. Still, if you like what you see, you can cut out your own slice of golfer's paradise here. Ask a real estate agent to show you around.
THREE PGA-Certified Golf Courses
This particular gated community does not have just one PGA course. It has three. You would be living right in the heart of a major golf playing world, with plenty of opportunities to see famous players play through. If one of these courses sponsors a PGA tournament, you have front-row views to the whole thing. Most property owners here are alerted to which golf celebrities are playing when and how you can get your own tickets to the event before the general public does.
Golf Tee Time Preference
When you live in this community, you get first dibs on tee times at any of the courses. Your first week living here you will probably take advantage of this benefit until you decide which course is your favorite (and everyone has a favorite). Then you can book your preferred tee time for that course any time you want.
Comfortable Living to Luxury Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous
There are elegant condos for sale, but there are also luxury homes going all the way up over a million dollars. It all depends on what you want to spend and how much luxury you desire playing the part of an amateur "pro-"golfer. If you are moving to this place because you are retiring and want to live in the lap of luxury while occasionally taking in a game of golf, then maybe one of the luxury homes for sale is what you really want. If you do not care if you live in a one-bedroom condo or trailer, so long as you are that close to all of that golf, then a less expensive property may be exactly what you are looking for.
